    Dear all..

    Hi
    Straight to the point..

    Rental property
    Advertised for 975..


    Made offer for 900 - with the agent.
    Agent agreed.

    Gave a holding fee of 350 + reference fee of 70
    Total 420 paid yesterday.

    Today - agent asks 975 for the property .
    Refuses to return 420 - paid as holding fee for the property..
    Asks to rent other properties.

    What can I do...
