How long do you have to wait until you can have sex after giving birth/ or when is it safe to have sex after birth?

WOW, it's been 27 years since I gave birth.:D

Do you mean 'safe' to not get pregnant again? Or just 'safe' so you won't have any pain?:confused:

After giving birth you have to wait 6 weeks before having sex again so that the cervix and uterus can return to normal healthy size.
