Hi I am having some trouble with my pregnancy
Hi I am trying to figure out if this is normal or not. I have been spotting not too much blood but it happens every few days I had my first u/s done about 2 weeks ago and it said I was 5w2d and the sac was empty so I went back about 8 days later and it said there was yolk in the say now but still no fetal pole but the sac was normal size and now it says that I was only 5w4d can that be right? Please help I am very confused!

I am so confused just reading this.
What has your doctor stated when you questioned him/her?
    Yolk in the sac?
I can't even imagine a doctor calling it a sac.
    How old are you?

That can be just fine... sometimes you won't see a fetal pole until at least 6 weeks, sometimes a bit longer. Did they set you up for another scan in about a week or two? If all is well, you will likely see more by that time, perhaps even a heartbeat. Try not to worry about the dating either... early on there can be some slight variations and even several days can make all the difference in what can be seen on a scan or not.
