That would mean 15% of the peoples' lives suck 55% of the time, and that 85% of the peoples' lives suck almost half the time. Have I got that right?? Sounds grim.

I was under the impression that 85% of people enjoyed only 65% of their "good time"... oops, wrong thread :D

Regardless if it's 85 or 65 it's still the Judge who decides if the person gets the good time or not in the end.
