Kenmore refrigerator model 55529400. The refrigerator will not cool properly. Found the coils frosted over in the freezer on the back panel. I defrosted them and restarted. Frosting over again. Freezer will cool to only 28 and the refrigerator will cool to only 52. Not sure if I hear the compressor either. Any suggestions? Thank you... Lem

Sounds like you have a defrost circuit problem. Check the timer,defrost heater, and the defrost termination thermostat for proper operation.
