Hi, I am 19 years old and I have missed my period, I am over a month and a half late, I didn't have a period in may because I had sex on the 23rd my expected was on the 18th of that month but I figure I just skipped from stress, have had all the pregnancy symptoms and I have taken 3 tests one was a faint positive and 2 were negative... I need you to tell me if I am possibly pregnant or not? Still no period this month though

Yes you may be pregnant. Get a pg test or see a doctor/walk in clinic.

What did the 3 tests say? Either way, go to the doctor, they may do a blood test if you request one saying that the urine tests you already did were unreliable.

And its not exactly wanted or not wanted... I love children so I wouldn't care either way

One was a faint positive but def. positive... the other two taken this morning were negative

Even with ONE positive, be it false or not, you should go get tested professionally at a walk in clinic or your doctor.

Depends on how far along you are and how far into the miscarriage you are but yes generally you would be bleeding and having SEVERE, fall over kind of pain in your abdomen.

Then yes you would have bleeding and very very painfull cramps and sharp pains in your lower abdomen.
