Mother s n hiding, baby due July 10th, has lost 2 already through courts, what do I do 2 establish dna, file charges 4 kidnapping, e.t.c?

Its not kidnapping technicallly, because 1: she is the mother and 2: the baby isn't born yet.
Even if her previous kids were taken away for valid reasons, THIS child has not been taken away yet.

First thing to do is locate her. And get a lawyer.
