    An electric fan converts electricity into-

    a. sound energy only
    b. sound energy and heat energy only
    c. Mechanical energy, sound energy and heat energy
    d. Mechanical energy, sound energy, heat energy and chemical energy

    Think about a fan you can have. What do you have? Do you hear a sound when it's on?Does it get hot? Does it move (that's kinetic energy) ? Are molecules involved (for chemical energy, you need energy stored in substances, molecules, etc) ?
