GFCI trips occasionally when switch is turned on
GFCI is tripped occasionally when exhaust fan switch is turned on or turned off. The GFCI outlet is in the bathroom and is the first outlet. It fees a second outlet which in turn feeds a switch. This switch controls three fixtures. There is a switch for the Vanity lights, the exhaust fan light and the exhaust fan. It seems that if I had it wired wrong it would trip all the time.

U are getting a power surge when u turn on fan. This surge with other things in line way be tripping GFI.

Try to get lights off GFI unless it is in the shower area.
