There's this guy at my school whom I have known for about a couple of months now and liked for a while. He is in my grade, and when we get talking, he seems to talk back, and I catch him staring at me sometimes. But whenever I go near him and think about asking him out, I get all nervous. He's really nice. But I'm not sure if I should ask him out. Besides :S my bestie also likes him but he talks to me more than her and he seems more comftable talking to me then her. ANYWAY I'm kind of old fashioned, so, I don't really know how long I'LL be waiting for him to ask me out, but do guys feel downgraded/have-to-say-no-because-im-not-asking-her-out when girls ask them out or what? PLEASE HELP :confused:

We have no idea how he feels about you.

1) He likes you, but he might never gain the courrage to ask you. And if you don't gain the courrage either, nothing's going to happen.

2) If he likes he, then he's going to have to gain some courrage and ask you out. In which case, you'll just have to keep waiting.

3) He might not feel the same way about you, but will still go out with you if you asked. So then you'll need to gain some courrage to ask him.

4) He doesn't feel the same way about you, but you still ask him out. The worse that can happen is he tells you that he just wants to be friends.

You pick. But look at it this way, nor matter which option, you will gain experience.

The worst thing that can happen is he can say no, then at least you don't have to wonder if he likes you that way or not.

I'm in the same boat you are. I met a guy and I'm debating on whether to ask him out. I've just grown up watching movies where the guy always asks the girl out. Now I'm chicken. I actually blogged about it.

I'll keep you posted on what I decide to do.
