Turned my mower on its side to fix blades and when I put it upright all is does is click I replaced the celiniod charged the battery and it still only clicks when I took the spark plug out oil came out so I turned the motor by hand to get the oil out and it still only clicks and sometimes whines please help I'm losing money every day it sits thanks in advance please help

Still think you may have oil in the cylinder, and probably ruined the air filter. Remove the plug and then try the starter. Hopefully the engine will spin over and blow the oil out of the engine. If it just whines, you may have disconnected the battery and connected it back backwards; pinion is pulled down when starter spins backwards.
Check air filter for oil or gas contamination; if there, it is ruined.
