I have a 1983 Chevy truck with a 305 it started knocking under a pull. So I put a new
10/10 crankshaft,oil pump,and timing gears an chain . But it still knocks.
I can decrease the timing and the knock go away but so dose the power
Any help would be appreciated

Check your valves and valve springs, pistons, etc. make sure nothing is rubbing or hitting
