We bought a peace of land and someone was living in a trailer on the land and they own the trailer but I told them when I bought the land they had to take there trailer and go that was about 9 mouths ago and they don't pay rent and there is no lease I just want them off the land.What to do??

If someone is living on the land that you own and you asked them to leave, that is technically trespassing or "remaining where forbidden" according to the law. It is a misdemeaner. Call local law enforcement and they can take care of it for you.

I think they're tenants even though they pay no rent. I've never seen a trespasser who brought his own trailer. So, you're going to have to evict them according to your states landlord/tenant laws. We have copies of them right here at the top of the real estate page.

Look, if the cops will put him off, I'd go that route, but the cops won't. Don't take my word for it. Call 'em up and ask.
