I am unable to type in colour when composing an e mail. I am also unable to receive in coloured fonts. All efforts have been made by experts to solve this problem with no success. IE 7 has been installed . Any advice would be appreciated as all ideas to solve this problem have been investigated must have not proved successful

First step I'd take is to uninstall IE 7 and reinstall IE 6. Then I'd make sure that I don't have Outlook configured to read and compose email in text format only.
