Replament Range Hood has no where for air to go.
There was no vent in old one. Air had no where to go. Is it OK to cut a hole in the dry wall and have it vent into the space between the walls? Can't duct up because of a room or straight back because of the dining room. Ducting out would require removing the cabnests, opening the dry wall, cutting through 5-6 studs & a brick wall to vent out the side. Hope venting into the wall space would allow enough air flow and not have a grease buildup if screens cleaned regularly. JB

Grease would build up in the wall and create a danger.
Have to do recirculating if exhausting to outside is not an option.

Thanks. Will have to see how to do that.
