Physics - working in the science industry
Explain, using examples from different laboratories, why laboratory procedures and practices must be clearly communicated?

You will need to cover the following:

    Procedures:
    - chemical store management
    - ordering procedures
    - collection/transport of substances and equipment for disposal
    - handling and disposal of radioactive substances
    - handling and use of glassware
    - handling of solvents and poisons
    - uses of ovens
    - operation of the fume cupboard

    Communicating practices:
    - lines of authority and accountability to and from other personnel
    - working as a team
    - organisation of the laboratory (weekly, daily, etc)
    - routines (work schedule briefings)
    - reporting of results

    Stratmando

Looks like they forgot dealing with chemical accidents and emergencies.

They forgot a lot more also. Hot work, electrical work, etc.

The answer to your question is, of course, for you to figure out. It should be self-explanatory (you can bluff your way through it -- everybody else does).
