    Looking To Find Confidence
I have been feeling kind of depressed, but my life has not changed. I have weird mood swings, I don't feel like eating and I don't do things I normally do. Any tips on how to feel normal again?

Don't do things you normaly do. Go out out and do something you have always be curious about and try it. Like a book club, yoga class, some dance lessons... I got was in a rut like that too, but I did something different and found a little more confidence in myself. I seen that Im more than what I thought I was. I tried a yoga class for beginers (not good at it) and I met new people. I felt renewed. I don't go to the yoga anymore but the friends that I made do lunch once or twice a week. I found that metting new people and trying new things are a great confidence booster. Give it a try and see how it works out for you. Look in your local paper or check out the YMCA for some ideas on things to do. Remember though be safe about it. Always do activities in a group. Good luck.
    Peace
