I am 14 years old and for a while I have noticed white dots on the base of my penis head,

It doesn't irratate me but it is really worrying me, my penis head also sometimes smells, horrible.

Please help because I am too shy tell my parents and go to the doctors about it.

Time to forgo the shyness. It sounds like a fungal infection, but it could be any of a number of other serious conditions. This should not be treated by yourself. You need to go to the doctor.

Don't sweat it. Doctors see this kind of stuff every day! It's probably even boring for them.

The white dots are probably from masturbating and the smell is probably from you not pulling your foreskin back and cleaning underneath when you shower or bath. Start being cleaner and the smell will go away.

Or at least show it to your father. He is your dad! He has a penis too. And he will be able to see what it is, and tell you if you should see a doctor or not.
