Am I ready to move on?
I really want a boyfriend. But I'm always getting dumped. I know I'm too young for a proper relationship, and my age pushes boys away. But, I don't know whether I should try and find another boyfriend? Yes or no. I need help

    No

You are definitely NOT ready if you even feel the need to ask this question at all hon.

Take a break from the whole 'boys' thing. Just hang out with the girls instead :)

    Good luck hon.

    How old are you?

If guys run when they know how old you are, then you are too young.

    Ahh OK.

You are right at that age where all this starts.

Trouble is, in my opinion, boys do not mature the same way as girls do. 13 year old boys still do boy things, and aren't so interested in getting a girlfriend.

This is something that should happen without trying so hard. You will have special feelings for someone eventually, without having to go looking for it.

Once you leap into that stage of development, gone are the carefree days of just hanging out with friends, doing fun stuff, and not being tied down by one boy who takes up all your time.

My advice to you is to not grow up to fast. Don't worry so much about what you don't have, but appreciate what you do, as far as friends go. Don't waste precious time on trying to make things happen.

Enjoy your summer, and your friends, plenty of time to worry about boyfriends soon enough.

Welcome to the teenage years. The crushes, the first loves, the break-ups, the heart aches, and tears... doesn't sound like something you want to rush into now does it? Have some friend time, go out with the girls and have a good time you have the rest of your life to have a man. Friends will last a lifetime through all the things that you will go through in your teenage life, so right now be focused on finding who your true friends are and/or making friends that will be there when Billy Bob or Johnny just wants to be friends.
It might sound stupid to you right now, but down the road those friends will be there!
