I have a hot tub that when I have the power on and I push the four function air switch for the pump some clicks and I can't get power to the pump but the light works so I don't think it is the gfci

Most hot tubs are conytoled by a smakk electronic board much like a computer. Most home owners are not going to be able to run the tests to dtermine what circuit is bad and frequently the entire board must be replaced. You might be better off to call a few spa repair outfits and get 3 bids.
