How can I go about getting a divorce myself without having to come out the pocket broke, I have three kid's and I am letting her have everything else there is nothing we have I want to keep, I want out but I only have so much to spend so I need the cheepest way out.

After you find the cheapest way to divorce, then you will have to pay support payments to maintain your children. It isn't so cheap anymore either way.

If you are willing to just give her everything and she does not contest the divorce but is willing to sign then you should be able to get a relatively inexpensive divorce. You will also have to agree to monthly child support.

A couple of my friends got divorces and it cost thousands of dollars because they fought over everything.

With three kids you can expect a fairly high child support each week, but you have really no choice there, in most states it is just a matter of forumla based on your income.

First of all, why do you want out of the marriage?
