I have recently purchased the new Walk with me DS Game. It says I need to connect it via Infrared but I do not know how to do this. Do I need to purchase an Infrared card or is it already in the console??

There's a difference between infrared and wi-fi, I'm also trying to figure out the infrared, cause pokemon white and black have the infrared thing and I want to use it but I'm not sure if the ds lite or dsi support it, as I've got both.
