    Electric Scooter Laws
Does anyone know about Electric Scooter laws? Can you ride them on the sidewalk? Do they need to be registered? Can you get a ticket? Thanks.

I did see that Segway can be used on sidewalks and bike paths, so I wonder if that applies to all electric scooters.

There is no "all over the world rules"
First you need to be specific on what type of electric scooter. My son has one and it falls into the same rules as a bike would.
My aunt had one for medial mobility and they are allowed on sidewalks in the US.

    So
    1. there is no world wide rules or laws
    2. you need to be specific on what type of scooter you are talking about
