How do I get the wire shelves out of a Frigidaire side by side on the freezer part? All four corners of the shelves have prongs and the prongs are all resting in holes in the side of the freezer walls, help?

You would need to push the shelf in one direction so that the prongs are flush with the freezer wall then gently push the other side up or down to release the prongs on the other side of the freezer wall. To put the shelves back in do the exact opposite procedure.
