For some reason I can't get on internet explorer.the weird thing is that itunes work fine and so does my ps3.yesterday I got an alert about a possible virus so I pushed the halt internet traffic and since I did that I haven't been able to access internet explorer

You pushed "Halt Internet Traffic" on what? Did you "unpush" it? What program was this button in?

If you've already done that, try resetting Internet Explorer. TOOLS | INTERNET OPTIONS | ADVANCED (tab) | RESET (button)
