Vacating restraining order while dss is involved
There is a restraining order on my newborn's father. I want to vacat the order but dss has followed through with the allegations of domestic assult on him. Dss did not open a case on me just the father. What will happen between dss and the mother if she does vacat the order?

They can decide she is an unfit mother and not complying with them. Then they can go after her. She needs to do whatever they say if she wants dss to see she has the kids best interest.
They told the court that I didn't have my kids best interest at heart. They told me I couldn't get my two sons back for several months. We were just moving in the apartment. So I let my 2 daughters each have a bedroom until the month of the court date. They went into court and said I wasn't proactive because I didn't set up their room right off.
They play vicious games so you do not want to do anything to jeopardize things.
