Hey Guy! Long time not seen! :)

You can also try chewing your food more, eating more fibrous food such as vegetables, fruits, cereals. Avoid eating in between meals, avoid oily and sugary food.

Why not try toning up your entire body? You'll get better results.

One thing that is key to burning fat is cardio. This means increase you heart rate and "feel the burn". Here are a number of cardio exercises to consider:

    •Jumping jacks
    •Jogging
    •Swimming
    •Jumping Rope
    •Running on a treadmill
    •Biking
    •Speed Walking
    •Aerobics
    •Dancing
    •Jazzercise

    The list really goes on.

After you've done at least 30 min of cardio you can do other things to help tone your muscles. You can do:
    •crunches
•go to the gym and use the machines
•pilates; pilates will create long lean beautiful muscles. You can purchase a pilates DVD at Wal-Mart for $10-$20, or you could go online and follow the moves by YouTube OR my favorite place to go Videojug
•dance: you can literally create definition with dancing. I know this personally.

    Always remember to:
    •Drink water
    •Get a good nights sleep
    •Eat less junk food
    •Reduce your salt intake
    •Elimate Soda drinks
•Eat as many fruits and vegetables as you possibly can
    •Be positive.

    Good luck !

It also depends on what you eat. If you eat small quantities of processed food you won't be doing much good.

Drinking a lot of water, cutting back on meat, eating fresh vegetables is a universal cure for everyone. I lost 30 lbs. this way, with exercise of course, but I stuck to the same diet, stopped exercising, and two years later I still kept off the weight.

I should exercise though, just for my own mental health.

And yes, like mudweiser said, stop drinking soda if you do. This is a killer.
