My garage door will go up but it won't come down correctly. When it comes down it works fine until it get to the next to last panel, then it jams. It appears the next to last panel bends down and there is not enough space between the panels to allow it to go up. I try moving the hinge but didn't seem to help. Do I need to re-enforce the panels or is there something else?

Disconnect the opener by pulling that red handle hanging down in the center of the garage. With the opener out of the loop see if the door operates freely. Back to you.

The door hangs up even when moved manually.

Carefully inspect the rolers to see if any of them shifted on their mount.
