My wife suffers from massive insecurity problems, I have tried everyway there is to assure her that there is no need for it, is there any alternative or normal medicine which is available which may help this?

There could be an underlying medical condition that is causing her this problem. You don't say how old she is. Could you tell us please ? Also, does she have any other symptoms aside from the insecurity problem?

    Dear Ms Tickle

She is 30 years old, no other symptons unless jealousy is one, if a female comes on the TV, any program she asks me "do you think she is attractive", that is an example. She is quite negative in her outlook on everything, she thinks its better to be like this then one is happy when things go right.

Salix, I don't know what to say, judging from your description in your second post, this is a complication she will have to overcome herself. There is no quick fix. Some people are just happy being unhappy and negative. It is good of you to try and find a fix though, by coming here and asking.

It appears that she doesn't have a very mature outlook.

    Kindest regards
