All right there's this movie (maybe a musical) that I vaguely remember from my youth. I've clearly got some random scenes in my head but for the life of me I can't remember the name of the movie!
All right, basically it centered around these orphan kids. It's a larger number of them, maybe they're all girls but I can't really remember. They all live in an orphanage together and don't want to be separated so they do everything in their power not to be individually adapted. One girl was like picking the lint out of her belly button to turn off some people.
The youngest girl plays the saxophone. At one point some older boys take it from her and play keep away with it.
At one point, I believe they are still at the orphanage, they're singing 'Yakety Yak'.
They all get adapted by a rich guy. I think it's just a stunt, but the kids don't know that.
I think their told by the future step mom that they'll be sent away and one of the girls rebels. I think she shows up at the wedding with a biker and ruins thing.
I think the song 'Mr. Sandman' enters into it at one point too.
It would be great if someone knew what I was talking about! PLEASE O=)
