Can someone get off probation early even if they failed their drug tests?

Sure they can. Course, if they failed every one, getting off early is doubtful.

Tests as in plural? Uh, I don't think so. If anything they will probably be attending their violation of probation hearing well before they get off probation early.

I was a probation officer for 7 years in MD and I never saw anyone get off probation early who was in violation of the conditions of their probation. As was mentioned above, you will more likely be facing a violation of probation hearing.
