    What is the document trail that would lead to a Default Judgment in NY? I would just like to know.

    Yes, NY has a Superior Court. Is that what you are asking?

    Or are you talking about Small Claims?

    - hard to know.

    No, not interested in small claims. Not all states have Superior Courts, that's why I asked. Do you have an answer for NY Superior Court?
