    That's going to depend on where you are, and what the laws in your state are.

    Really, the best way to do it is to become a surrogate mother through an agency. This way the parents know that THEIR best interest is being served, and you know that YOUR best interest is being served. That would also make the legal fees much more manageable--you wouldn't have to get a lawyer to represent your interests.
