    Tacoma Battery
Can someone advise me on the best battery for a 2003 Tacoma 6 cyl. Also, where is the best place to buy it.
    Thanks, Dave

I would go to Sears, since their batteries are manufactured to match the climate of the customer. This affects battery life and reliability. For instance, since I live in Texas, I want a battery that's engineered and manufactured to withstand high heat. Sears can easily tell you which Die Hard Gold battery is the proper one for your Tacoma. Remember to clean the battery terminals and cables. It's also a good idea to apply dielectric grease to the terminals.

The best out there is Optima. Very pricey, but you asked.
