    Hair color disaster! Help!
I have been using Loreal Excellence Crème for years, using 8BB, medium beige blonde. I wanted to go a tinier bit darker so I used a dark golden blonde color and now my hair a brassy color, red/orange. A few days later I used my 8BB again (yesterday) and it took a tiny bit of the orange/red out but it's still way too dark for my light skin. What can I do to get my hair closer to my old color? Thanks!
    Kathy

You can use a hair color that matches your natural shade with a 30-volume peroxide developer to lighten your hair a couple shades. But it's tricky and should only be attempted by a professional. Some hairstylists will do this single process hair coloring, then place their clients under a hair dryer to achieve results.
