How do I reduce to pepper taste in my stew? I used ground pepper and it is very
Peppery.
You can add more potatoes. Potatoes generally reduce pepper and spiciness. Ginger works too but changes the taste. Do not add water.
You can also add meat with its juices. This should absorb extra salt and/or pepper. Tater's are a good add also.
Lemon juice and then offset it with sugar, a little at a time:)
