Hi, I have a Frigidaire model CFEF372AS and the oven door has been locked for so many months. I've tried everything I've read from another website but it didn't work and it is still locked byt his time. Can anyone help me, please?

My sister-in-law has the same problem, which she can temporarily work around by pressing the "Cancel" button for a few seconds. I'd like to know the real fix, however.
