Hello, I'm new to this forum. My Moen Posi-Temp valve in my shower. I just move into this house but I don't have hot water. Only cold water from the cold and from the hot indicator. Could the cartridge be installed wrong? I refuse to believe that this three year old house does not have hot water in the shower. Both sinks have hot water, the jacuzzi has hot water and everything else in the house has hot water.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

It is more likely cartridge problem. Call Moen: they will send you new cartridge for free. They have lifetime warranty for their products. Once you have the cartridge, come back. One of our Experts will lead you through the installation process. It is easy, you can do it yourself...
