Leaking Peerless 2 handle bathroom faucet
    Hear Ask,

I have a Peerless, 2 handle, bathroom faucet that is dripping. It's coming from the hot side as the water is warm. I haven't taken it apart and was hoping to ask your advice before doing so and what washers, etc. I might need to correct the problem. Thank you for your help, I appreciate it. Sincerely, NAVET

You should be able to turn the water off under the sink, and remove the handle on the hot side, then under the handle will be a nut that once removed will allow you to remove the stem that the handle attaches too. On the bottom of that stem there will should be a washer (rubber). You can then take that to your local hardware store and purchase the proper washer and then put it back together.

If stem has washer as afteryou stated, also check seat which is inside housing. It should be smooth. If not, replace.
