I've been reading some of these posts trying to figure this out. I'm not completele sure on jumping the terminals on the thermostat because the t stat does make the blower work and move air in the house, but not the fan on the roof. I'm not sure what's supposed to happen when I jump the red and yellow, so I skipped that. Took my meter up to the roof to try to look professional, lol, and found that the 240v primary was there but the 24v secondary was not. How is the t stat still turning the blower on? I thought the t stat basically switched and diverted the 24v supplied by the x-former up top.

Also the fan does wobble when I tried to turn. Could the fan cause the transformer to go bad?

No ideas? Did I leave out some crucial info?
