Not getting hot water coming into washer. The hot water is turned on.

Bad water fill valve is the usual culpret. Test valve to be sure voltage is being supplied to the hot water coil. If voltage present the valve will have to be replaced if voltage not present then you will have to track down the circuit to find the cause.
