    Prorated rent
    I will pay rent on July 15 to be covered through Aug 15. I am giving a 60 day written notice not to renew and giving a vacating date as of 1 Aug. Am I entitled to prorated rent

    When is your lease up? Are you in a lease that ends on 8/15 or are you month to month?
