    I would check engine compartment under a large black plastic cover.

    Under the dash, left of the steering column (hidden by the silver cruise control box, which needs to be removed).

    Thanks TX, didn't know which year. Where are most located, and what are all locations honda uses?
    Trunk? Glove box? under seat?

    The main relay which controls the fuel pump is under the drivers side of the dash board. You have to remove the cruise control box and look up further. If you remove the relay try resoldering the connections before you purchase an OEM replacement. Only use a genuine honda relay as I have heard horror stories about 3 party relays.
