    Water in the electrical panel
I had a leak in my kitchen sink while on vacation. I came home to discover the drip had turned into a puddle in the basement running threw the electrical panel. I turned off all the power and dried out the panel and breakers. I now have one line that will not come back up. I have tried replacing the breaker and it is still out, I even moved it to and empty slot but nothing. Any ideas on what is going on here.

I would verify power out of all breakers in panel. Also any Tripped GFI's.
See what all went out(recepticles, lights... ), may have to chec a few boxes, start with the closest box to the panel that is out, first.

Will do as soon as I find my volt meter, what an idiot, I can't find it anywhere and it's times like this I need it.

Used a volt meter and all circuits read 120 volts but nothing in the receptacles, any ideas?
