If I went to renew my state id and I have a warrant will I be arrested at the dmv?

Depends on what the warrant is for. I would expect the Police to be called.

No it's just a regular state id I meant to put the rmv

I would assume this is a state issued ID for people who do not have a drivers license, but basically the same thing, since most states keep them on the same data base for ID purpose.

It will depend on your state and its rules, if they don't, it will of course merely give them your up to date address to find you.
