    About Energy and temperature
A 250g cup of water cools from 95C to 21C. How much energy is released?
Thank you for answering my question!

Use the specific heat of water. Add to that the latent heat of fusion (enthalpy of fusion). Since you're cooling it from water and not from steam, you can ignore the latent heat of vaporization (enthalpy of vaporization).

    Perito? You sure you're right?

There's no need for enthalpy of fusion, right? Water is liquid from 0 C to 100 C. Only use the equation

Where H is the heat involved, m the mass of water, c the specific heat capacity of water, and theta the change in temperature.
