My name is Carol Cook,I just wanted to thank hvac1000,joshtda,letmetellu for the help on my air problem(fan kept running/outside unit)Yall really helped me.
Had a man to come out,put freon in(was low)didn't stop fan,called him he said it was thermostat I thought no because what all three of you told me sounded like more sense to the problem,anyway put a new thermostat in (my nephew said yep that's what it is,I said nope anyway not it fan still running,I was running it to get cooled off then pulling power plug to stop iy,I went out there to put plug in and just took my hand and bumped it kind of hard a couple of times where the power goes into system and guess what it works right now.that tells me it was what all three of you said.I am a 64 year old women and have to do for myself.I am so glad I found this web site and you.I ask on the net and read every possibility and that's how I solve a lot of stuff.
