Bad smell coming from bathroom sink after apartment super snaked drain. Sink now drains properly but has the smell of rotting hair that the super snaked out.

Isn't that bendy pipe under the sink suppose to take care of that. Pour some bleach down there or drain cleaner. He knocked a bunch of stuff free so maybe it will that a while. That bendy pipe right under the sink so suppose to hold water so that doesn't happen. You can get sewer gases in your house that can be dangerous! Also the draain plug can have hair stuck on it try cleaning it too.
