The fuse keep blowing out in the control board

Fuses blow because some component, somewhere, is drawing more current than it should. It may be a problem on the control board, or it may be a problem on something being driven from the control board. Without more information, it's impossible to say.

Does it only do this when you have the ac on? If so you probably have a bad contactor outside.
