I have been married to a man from palestine [GAZA] for about ten years now, he was previously married before to a woman from palestine, he claimed that they were divorced amd then me and him got married. I then file a petion for my alien relative on his behalf and an application for him to adjust status based off his marriage to a us citizen. Only after filing and then receiving a letter from immigration denying his application based off the divorce paper he submitted to immigration, did I realize he is still married to his so called ex wife, immigraiton said his divorce paper states it is revoccable and can be appealed due to his abscense. He then reapplied numerous times to only get denied again and again. He then filed an asylum application claiming he is in danger and his life is in danger if he were to return to his country. He conjured up fake documents and submitted them to immigration and he is trying to commit fraud as a way to stay here. I don't know what to do, he has an I-130 pending and we are not even living together anymore and I am going to file for a divorce what should I do?

Honey,that is how bad people get here. It sounds like he needs to be DEPORTED! Call immi and explain this.

If he has an I-130 pending, it must be signed by you, unless it is a completely fraudulent filing. As such, when he is scheduled for the 245 interview and you are not there, he will be denied and generally the case is then forwarded to legal to issue the NTA starting the deportation process.

Get your divorce and notify USCIS. Be sure to include his full name, A number, DOB and POB. Good luck.

It took me a while but I am convince that my husband married me for a green card. I have proof that he as an girl friend, picture and emails. He lives with me but he is always on the chat site with her. He told me he would kill me if I didn't sign the papers. We are due for our 2 year interview in about 3 months. I called USCIS and Ice.. they were not any help. Can he get his citizenship and marry the next person.

If you think you are "being used" for green card, you should file annulment or divorce immediately or let's say within 6-7 months. If you report fraud to immigration after 5 years or 10 years, it is NOT fraud. It's your anger...
